Our summer charter services are available May 11, 2026 - August 9, 2026, and our exceptional team of drivers are the same friendly faces seen throughout campus during the semester. ��We utilize all CU Boulder Buff Buses for our charter services, including 60’, 40’ and 30’ buses, and we can arrange for multiple buses / sizes to be chartered simultaneously. Requesting a Buff Bus Charter

We offer multiple services at Buff Bus Charters, as well as a variety of discounted rates. Please see below for some examples, as well as instructions for completing a reservation request:

Individual Private events:��To make a request, please complete the following:

CU Alumni: Discounted Buff Bus Charter Service rates are available for CU Alumni. To qualify, please complete the following:

CU Faculty/Staff:��Discounted Buff Bus Charter Service rates are available for��CU Faculty/Staff. To qualify, please complete the following:

Student Organizations: Discounted Buff Bus Charter Service rates are available for��Student Organizations. Reservations must be made in person at our Transportation Center office located in the ARCE building at 3100 Marine St, Room A249. To qualify, please bring the following:

• Signed��with a “Total Cost Not to Exceed” stamp.
• Completed Transportation Services Use Form (which can be picked up at the Student Finance Office or UCSU in the UMC).

Finalizing and Paying for your Buff Bus Charter

Once your Buff Bus Charter reservation is complete, you will be given a reservation reference number and will be required to submit a 25% deposit or full payment to hold your spot as well as complete a service contract. Please note that full payment is required 30 days prior to your event. Once your deposit or full payment is made, adjustments to your event schedule will still be possible. Please see the following:

Frequently Asked Questions

• Due to operational requirements, Buff Bus Charters will only be available between the dates listed.
• Submitting a Buff Bus Charter reservation request does not guarantee service; we will review your request and contact you via email with an estimate and/or additional questions as soon as possible.��*Please note that there may be a delay in replying to your request if it is submitted during an active CU semester.
• All requests will be processed in the order they are received, so be sure to submit them early!�� Please refer to our��Bus Charter Rates and Vehicle Reservation form��for details on rental rates, cancellation policies and more.
• To provide the best estimate, please be as accurate as possible with addresses and pick-up and drop-off points.
• Agency accounts must provide their own liability insurance. Grant accounts require an IN and a grant funded reservation costing over $1000 may also require pre-approval from the Office of Contracts and Grants.
• 40’ and 60’ buses are unable to reach most mountain destinations. Please take this into consideration when submitting your reservation request.
• Driver gratuity is accepted but not required.
• In the event of requesting additional service(s) to your reservation, additional payment(s) may be required at the time of request.
• In some cases, drivers will be required to “layover” at your destination due to operational requirements or cost efficiency. This will be communicated in your estimate.
• “Cleaning Fees” listed on your estimate are 100% refundable.
• All potential refunds will be issued to the card used for initial payment.
• All reservation requests or adjustments must be made via email.
• An active speed type is required to process any internal charter requests.
